Applicants seek two findings and a special permit relative to proposed habitable space expansion to a home on a nonconforming lot. Property is located at 28 Dunbar St. and is situated in the Single Residence B Zoning District.

The Applicant addressed the Board concerns at the privies meeting with the fence between his property and the Temple and the porch on the front. The property was surveyed to find that the fence between the Temple and his property belongs to him.
The Board and the Applicant went over the revised plans dated 4/5/05 showing the changes. The applicant has removed the porch on the first floor. In the basement the opening between the existing and the new open finished space has been increased to 5 ft.
The Board suggested that the wall between office and the master bedroom be removed.
The Board requested new plans be drawn and approved septic plans be presented.
Hearing continued until Sept. 28, 2005.
